Artist + Creative Coaching
Merging her years in the mental health nonprofit and social work sector with her brand building expertise, Meadowlark offers one-on-one coaching for artists, musicians, brand founders, and creatives looking to imbue their personal development journey into their art.
In this unique container, individuals are offered a mental health coaching space that empowers them to break unsupportive patterns, gain new perspectives, develop tangible coping skills, and come up with transferable solutions that can ultimately impact the way in which they approach their medium.

Meadowlark specializes in public speaking, having particpated in roles including: hosting events, moderating + speaking on panels, making podcast appearances, conducting mental health trainings, and more.
